It takes a very specific thinker to create a memorable advertisement. Creative agencies are filled with teams that have the ability to come up with extremely clever marketing messages along with design teams that push those ideas a little further when they create the printed pieces.
I’m really inspired by the following advertising campaigns and can’t help but think of where those creatives were or what they were doing when that idea popped into their heads!

From BP to Toyota, consumers have been through a lot in recent years and are demanding more from the companies that they patronize. They are no longer just sitting back and accepting what corporations are telling them about their products and practices.
Businesses are now expected to have a greater level of authenticity than ever before.

Try to imagine almost three football fields of amazing design, fabulous food, music and people all under one roof!
Reasoning that could very likely take the better part of an hour to explain, now spelled out in shapes and colors by our friend, Monsieur Venn-diagram!
It’s hard not to notice that more and more, a simplified approach to branding is entering the marketplace. The reasons for this minimalist style vary.
In some instances a company may want to shed the “baggage” associated with their company name, for some–less branding opens up options for new product lines, and for others, “less is more” is just a more aesthetically pleasing modern look.

I think I must have been really good over the last year.
Well, at least I think I was awesome (even though sometimes I still chew on stuff… but then I am the “cute puppy” and can get away with anything…) - but seriously, other than that I am an awesome doggy… Anyhow, last month my parents took me to that big blue splashy pool.
