It is also the most preventative cause of death in America. Smoking related diseases kill one in 10 adults globally and one in five in the US. That is one person every 8 seconds. Smoking is on the rise in developing markets and if this trend continues by 2030 it will kill one in six people globally. This is why Thailand has started a very powerful anti-smoking campaign.

Advertising agency Ogilvy Thailand came up with simple idea that has had a strong impact in Thailand and across the web. It shows the power in truly understanding the culture and the target audience of any campaign. Take a look.
