			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ines and I are always looking for ways to improve unitOne from a business operations and customer experience stand point. It’s not enough to have a great product or talent but to run a business successfully involves many skills.</p>
<p><span id="more-1531"></span>After growing through word of mouth for many years, we realized that if we wanted to continue to be successful we also needed to adjust the way of doing business. It was during this time that we came across a variety of small business programs aimed at helping existing companies learn and thrive.</p>
<p>We completed the yearlong Small Business Administration Emerging 200 course in 2010 and have since worked with some other great organizations. To find out more about the E200 offerings, take a look at an AJC article that we were fortunate enough to be interviewed for:</p>
